THE ROLE: 

Strategies for Change Group is hiring a Senior Data Manager. In this project-based, Washington, DC based hybrid role, the Senior Data Manager will oversee, manage, and leverage data-related activities to guide SFCG to strategic decision-making that aligns with campaign and project objectives.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Formulate data strategies aligned with campaign goals, including data collection, analysis, and utilization.  

  • Oversee the design and maintenance of campaign databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information working to minimize errors and discrepancies.  

  • Creating data reports for the campaign and leadership team to provide insights on campaign strategy, targeting, and resource allocation.  

  • Provide data training and support to SFCG staff, direct reports, and campaign team. 

  • Remain updated on data trends, data insights, data governance and compliance as it relates to the respective campaign and project.  

  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field/discipline (Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science) and/or 2+ years/cycle of campaign related work experience. 

  • Knowledge of political landscapes and campaign dynamics. 

  • Experience using various data reporting tools such as: Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc.
